has megatron become a sith lord

I thought Shrapnel was a beetle... I don't recall lightning bugs having jaws the size of their own bodies.

I had to hit wikipedia to find out wth you were talking about. I was referring to the lightning bug used in the G1 Cosmic Rust episode... not fireflies. I think the term "lightning bug" must be restricted to certain regions, cos I don't think we use that term here. :/

He's not Sith. He's just full of Unicron's fury

it is easy to compare transformers to star wars.  It has been compared since G1.

ooh, what did he say?

He's not Sith. He's just full of Unicron's fury

No he can jus use lightning powers

Also all that martial arts stuff.....looks how should I put this, completely made up by some guy who got bored and tryed to assign names to DEcepticon fighting techniques

Although I really hate to contribute to this topic....  Megs had used a "lightsaber" in the G1 movie, and utilized "Sith" lightning in the G2 comics... if you wanted to look at it that way.

What about Seeker Sunstorm?

Doesn't he have some type of power that doesn't use a gun?

you need a longer explanation?  Bombshell, Swords that look like lightsabers, the force-matrix, etc. etc.  It is easy to compare and find equalities in star wars and transformers.

there have been plenty of "saber" type weopons throughout the years....and ol megs just happens to be one whos used it.....i think thats just so that he could hide his sword without having to hide the blade....plus thats always been the dreams of many of the kids ive known...to own a saber so why not put it in one of the coolest cartoons of all times and make us drool more.......i doubt if it has anything to do with sith powers...but hell what do i know
