Punch/Counterpunch was indeed an Autobot. The toy was marketed as an Autobot and both the US and Japanese cartoons portrayed him as being utterly loyal to the Autobot/Cybertron cause.

So he got double charged on a scout and steals a basic. SO, if I get double charged on a scout, could I steal a King Starscream and be even. Stealing is wrong, no matter the justification. If you got overcharged, you should have brought it to their attention, instead you do something that could have gotten you arrested. Now go turn yourself in and beg for mercy.
