Cybertron Downshift

Recommended Posts

Just so you can be sure, he has 2 point of knee articulation. the basic bending knee and the 360 swivel. No Waist artic., Super limited Neck Artic. (lets stop joking, no neck artic.), his arms have two points at the shoulders (out to the side and up and down) and the elbows bend up and down.

So I'm siting here looking at Cybertron Downshift and his features, and I suddenly thought he would make a good Twisted Metal Black 2 vehicle.  Think for a minute here he has 2 missile launchers, those could be his special weapons.  And his claw feature could be a secret weapon that can be executed like Shadow, Minion, or Outlaws secret weapons.

TMB2 character profile:

Vehicle: Downshift

Driver: Masked driver

Driver profile: Not much is known about him, he has no prize in mind, all he  knows is that he needs to win and meet Calypso, but why, and for what purpose is anyones guess.

Vehicle: Black muscle car known as Downshift

Special: Multi Missle Launchers: When activated a homing, a fire, and a power missile is launched out of each launcher

Secondary special: Cannon claws: When you activate this other special, claws extend from the front grill of your car revealing a cannon, if an enemy is captured in the claws then that enemy is blown sky high taking massive damage(only works if your opponent is coming at you head on).

Cool idea, I'm a huge fan of the Twisted Metal series, and a huge fan of Transformers, so this would be a perfect mix!

I was thinking more of a Dreadnock veical or road warrior....

Anyone else missing paint on Downshift's tail light?

Not sure, I'll check mine when I get home.

On the topic of Downshift, mine can't seem to get the claw locked in when in bot mode.  As soon as I pull the roof down to transform him, his claw pops out, and doesn't stay back in, without a Force Chip inserted.  Is this happening to anyone else?

wow never seen this sorta error on a TF befor. its the sorta thing idd think would only happen in the hot wheels line

IMO idd take it back im sure hes not that rare and this seems like a one off sorta thing
