As for the little figure...I don't think it's possible to give this poseable limbs. It's just too small for that IMO.

 

It is possible, they just chose not to try.  The tiny figures that come with the Star Wars Transformers have simple shoulder and hip joints.

 

It's too bad that BT collectors have to pay more just because of a little anime girl action figure.

Can't say I've ever had trouble getting that mold to transform properly into either mode.  Sure it isn't just your ability to figure out the way it's supposed to work? 

Pretty sure.

 

I also have Smokescreen and Silverstreak in both Alt and BT versions, and I have never had any trouble getting any of those 4 figures to fit together properly in alt mode.

 

No matter what I do w/ Red alert, it doesn't want to fit together quite right. It comes close, but it is never 100% correct, and I am pretty sure it isn't anything that I am doing.

 

Thanks for the comment, though.

Apparently, a LOT of people have had this problem with BTA-01 alert.  I have him, but I don't think I ever plan on transforming him to car mode.
