My favorite combiner is Omega Prime. Cool Look, Cool Components. On second place I have Bruticus, on third.... My own non-Energon Powerlinker- Powerlinx X-Brawn and Powerlinx Sea Clamp

Wow... Part SUV and part lobster... :tfhuh Disturbingly enough the second one (with sea clamp as the shirt) looks pretty cool.

 

I'm surprised no one but me has mentioned Landcross yet... He's the only one of the micromaster combiners that doesn't require the generic armor pieces to combine. 'Course he isn't very "micro", as he stands eye to eye with my Universe Ruination.

It'll always be the Technobots for me. I loved them. I still have the old Strafe...along with my Twin Twist, he's the oldest stuff I've got that I still keep out (everything else stays locked up in the attic), simply because of the sentimental value.

 

The Combaticons are pretty good okay, too...too bad they're as whored out as they are. But, then again, when I was a kid...Strafe looked pretty damn good as Bruticus' arm...:)

I agree, that one with SeaClamp as the top is very well done :thumb

 

By the way, here's that Omega Prime I promised:

 

The added parts: Extended feet with Fire Convoy's Feet, extended arms, the shoulders are clipped on over the wheels, and the big ladder over the right shoulder. I only used that last one for the pic, it weighs him down too much for permanent display. Hope you like him :D

for sentimental value it has to be Devastator, in terms of G1, he's the original and just awesome. And i mean, come on, everytime i see a dump truck or cement mixer... man dreaming the dreams of seeing them become some big bloody legs!!!!!

That's an interesting combo for Omega Prime. I've now seen a combo using all the parts done two different ways. Wonder if there are any others?

G1: Aerialbots/Superion

BW: Magnaboss

RiD: Omega Prime

Armada: Magna Jet Convoy (Optimus/Jetfire/Overload)

Energon: Powerlinx inferno with Rodimus pants / Powerlinx Prowl with Hotshot pants.

The best combiner and greatest Tf of all time is GodFireConvoy. Great figs on their own and the most detailed bot I have ever scene other than the BWNeo Unicron proto. Maintains much if not adding articulation in combined mode.

 

The runner up I am hoping will be Wingsaber combined with GrandConvoy but I cant be sure untill I get him.
