I guess, what got me confused was the source of it all, the stasis pods, since they have never been discussed before in the TF universe. And that in Beast Wars era, they are in the era of G1 as well, which didn't have the Stasis Pods, maybe they did, but where never shown...

Stasis pods= Cargo on the maximal ship,  Pods contained TF's in a "Protoform" state (aka- a Mass of Nano Machines surrounding a spark)  when Pods land they scan for Alt modes, now since early earth had too much raw "Energon" the Pods scan for alts that would protect the TF from the raw energon (so they dont short circut.)

Fuzors= Stasis Pods that upon landing where damaged and Scanned two "Beast" modes ala "Fuzing" them together.  Thus beast modes that had a mix of two animals on one bot frame.

 

(Trans) Mutants= Beast Wars Toy line (round Season 2-3) That had Figures that where to be Fuzors but due a virus made by Meagtron they lost their Bot Modes and only had two Beast Modes (They did however have a bot head somewhere on their body)

 

Trans-Metals= Transformers who where hit by an "Enegy Wave" that "reversed" their Beast and Bot modes (Furry Bot mode and Metal Beast mode)  Now due to the "Energy Wave" the Raw Enegon had been destroyed thus having Metal exterours was not a problem.

 

Trans-Metals 2's = Trans-metals that through a device had their Bodys "empowered'  thus having a blended Bot and Beast mode, Both Bodys having Beast and Bot qualities.

 

Trans-Mutate = TransMutate's Stasis pod Crashed (Rather hard) and Damaged The Pods Computer, thus "scrapping" HER Mind,  Upon Scanning for an Beast mode the "Screwed" Computer skipped the process when now was found thus releasing More of a "drone" then a TF with BASIC intellegence, and Power off the scale (weapons wise.) And with such lil Mind and Such massive Power, SHE was feared by both sides (except for Silverbolt and Rampage who had other plans for her, both different in perpose and cause) But was destroyed when standing between them in a fire fight.

The Protoforms wern't part of the Axalon's crew. They were just it's cargo. The Plan was for Optimus, Rhinox, Cheetor, and Ratrap to find a suitible planet and set up a research colony using the Protoforms.

the only charector that was born via protoform that was confermerd to be alive prior is Packrat, who may or may not be part of cannon.

Not according to their Bios on their packaging, yes it was from a device made by megatron but it was designed to lock the Maximals in their Beast modes, but it effected Fuzors differently.  It reformated them by splitting their fuzzed forms and overlapping their bot mode, with one.  Wreakers isnt a "Reputable" comic source, since its only avalible at Botcon.  And not too all TFans.

Acourding to the bios Beast wars megatron is G1 Megatron in a new body, youre point?

I take Packaging Bios as a source, before I'll take a fan comic as a source.  Since Megatron was in the show, It takes Presedence over his Bio.  Ex: SHOW before BIO before COMIC before FANFIC etc...

STFU, just STFU! i'm f*cking sick and tired of you holding those goddam wrecker comics up as official cannon! they're not, they're basicly fan-fiction that was published under the TF banner. and before you say "But the TF banner makes them official", i remind you that Animorphs and now Star Wars has transforming toys that were marketed under the TF banner! at most, the wrecker comics are akin to DC's "Elseworlds" comics but they are not part of the mainline continuity!

The botcon comics are not fanfiction, they are officialy licenced and writen by peaple who have worked on the show, bios have never been cannon ever.
