He is not an upgrade to "jetfire" at all. dredrock (jetfire in cybertron) does not get upgraded. He stays as is. The other guy is a different character.

sadly enough im not sure thats relavent i think everyone has thier own strory for each toy and to each his own

i personally call them by thier given name so everyone will know what im talking about...........but again whatever makes you happy

hmmm... tankor to warpath... me likes. thats a kitbash someone should try. i kinda thought pf deluxe bm jetstorm as thundercracker myself. i got the idea when they released skywarp in universe.

She pretends she's not listening, but she does take in what I'm saying! Just the other day she said "I've been keeping an eye on some E-Hobby Sunstorms on eBay but they always go up too much. I'll snipe one one day!"

I too love the Warpath name being used for Tankor. Hope someone does do a Kitbash of this guy. I'd love too see him. :thumb

There are many Transformers toys that lend themselves to being renamed and used as other characters. Even without repainting. Examples in my collection are: Cybertron Landmine as Scoop, Cybertron Ransack as Ruckus teamed with Cybertron Overhaul (whatever his name is, the green jeep) as Crankcase (the Autobot insignia removed), G1 Gunrunner innerbot as Emirate Xaaron (not perfect i know but he does ok until an actual Xaaron toy is made), Energon Snowcat as Onslaught and Cybertron Delux Unicron as Bludgeon, the idea for him i got off someone from TFans.

Does anyone else rename and reuse?
