If they wanted to include the flames for the sole purpose of G1 fans, they should have made it optional. It's actually a turn-off for model car collectors and TF collectors who don't care for homages, let alone homages for TFs they probably never saw in their entire life until now.

Well, in its defense, all of the TRUs by me kept Stepper/Ricochet at $30, when all the others droped into the teens and below.

 

If it fell to the $5-$10 realm with the other, I'd have gotten one.

 

 

What would be really cool, and would sell this fig like hotcakes is if it had a Targetmaster TF that transformed into a driver.

So whats the deal with his serious case of pink eye? Unless Ricochet's untold past is that he is an awol decepticon.. I see no reason for the red eyes. .... hmm, actually that's not too bad of an idea.

If it was with the Miester Mold...I could totally get this. Hell I'll pobably still get him...but not with the love...At least Decepticharge was just a goofy name but at least looked good...How odd the only one I wanted to have flames (Tracks) never got em..

You know the real problem with the flames?  They're not big enough.  The ones on the hood should go up the entire hood, similar to Hot Rod's flames. The door flames should be the same height as the door and go taper off at just past the center of the front door.

This can't be a finished product.  They didn't even paint any of the Subaru logos.  I refuse to believe that his nose will be left bare.  It just can't be.  It's too hideous.

It looks like Hasbro took a snapshot of someone lighting a fart in a cartoon.

 

If only there was a way to lift the flames off of Skids and put them on Ricochet... :schin  I may not like them on the Scion, but they were very well done for what they were.

 

Oh, and the Jersey tags... I'll believe that when I see it with mine own two eyes, and not from some shady overseas auction pics.

i agree with everyone else. also, the paint apps on his head look pretty weak as well.
