I think the fandom would be more pissed off by this then Organic Web shooters. Me, I wouldnt care as long as the crap just makes it to the screen.

Seriously, I always liked the idea of Galvatron being the Decepticon city commander instead of Megatron 2.0. It would have been a cool replacement for the Starscream character, to have someone similarly power-hungry but actually capable of backing it up -- but ALSO smart enough not to tip his hand every single episode. But I guess something like that would require an ongoing story -- Galvatron slowly and secretly builds up a rival army to take over the Decepticons with this climactic showdown at the end of the season....

You'd have ot have him related to Megatron in some fashion if he were to use the name Galvatron though.... >.> or make it into a title ala -imus Prime.

I can imagine Galvy as a seperate character but only if Megs is dead or if Megs was stripped of his power like Cobra Commander was to Serpentor(which I hated, cause I hated Serpentor) Galvatron's cartoon appearance alone says, "Ultimate bad ass." I definitely can't imagine Galvy taking orders from any one. All I can imagine is Galvatron and the heralds coming into the Decepticon base, greeting Megs, telling him he is no longer the leader, he yells some one liner and then gets blown to bits. Afterwards, Starscream, in a fake show of acceptance for this new leader, extends his hand in thanks for taking care of the Decepticons biggest problem. He is then Bitchslapped and put into his place. Now Starscream takes on a more TF Cybertron Starscream role, ie he does things from the sidelines and is not so obvious.
