My gf and my best mate (who is female) have been taught to not only appreciate the toys, but also the history behind the toys.......

Or at least they politely smile and nod :redface

in my animation class 70% of them are anime nuts so its not like im alone tho most are suprised when i tell them the size of my collection

most people i tell accept it, i do sometimes get stick for it though and get told to grow up. (that doesn't stop them from wanting to have a play with them though :D)

none of my friends think its ghey cuz they all have their own little nerd corners they go to. they like all the stuff i have and know most of the bw era. and all of them are into the alt line. how couldnt you be? o just have to show them the vehicle mode, and theyre all "nice. pretty detailed" i leave the room. come back after i tfd it and theyre all wtf?? that was a tf? they love them. one of them was pretty pissed when i got alt meister and not one for him.

my friends are all cool with and esp. my best friend who is an anime fan and a techno music fan. My other other friends have their own crazy habits.

i did that with alt smokescreen :D he's esspecially hard to suss out unless you look underneath cos he's got no symbol on his vehicle mode to give him away

I get a lot of that, especially from family.

Makes me think of showing my collection to my class sometime next week.  Well I show my daughters to appreciate not to stump on them.  My wife just goes "meh" :redface
