I can understand that Hasbro won't sell them on-line to USA residents to not offend the store who sells the exclusive, but why can't they sell it to people in other countries?

Because then it wouldn't be an exclusive now, would it?  It's the same reason why we won't be getting the same exact Hot Rod repaint of Exillion that Japan got as the DVD exclusive.

...what in the hell are you freebasing? hasbro has no such policy. I mean, Powerglide, look at the headmasters, targetmaster and Powermasters.

the difference between the Masters and Coby's Ramble is that the tf's are still sentient robots with their own will and the Masters are more or less an acessory. Coby's Ramble is basicly a mobile suit.

also, i think the real reason why Coby's Ramble is not getting a North American release is that Hasbro is just too stubborn and arrogant about their "TF's shall never pilots" policy.

What about Headmasters and Kicker piloting Highwire

dammit you beat me to it!!  :thumb

I still think a Target executive ran over his dog....

:tflaugh

they've made the Devastator RiD Landfill repaint a Target Exclusive which means that the only people who can get it are people who have access to a Target. honestly, why can't Hasbro make store exclusives also available at online retailers so more people can buy them?

Dude, calm the hell down. In case someone forgot to tell you already, Target does have an online store. No really, you go to www.target.com, and just wait for them to be releashed for the third time already! Its how I was able to get the BW Magmatron exclusive mailed to my house, and I'm sure they'd do the same with your RID Devastator.

As for Cobys Ramble, who knows??  They're only offering it in one color in North America, whereas E.Battle Ravage and Doom(ed to the clearance bin) lock were offerred in two each.

At the con, Hasbro said we'd be getting Scrapmetal (the Ramble Drone) in blue and yellow.

Hasbro has said NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING about "Cory's Ramble"  and considering how RARE it is for Takara to remold something for a comparitively limited exclusive, I would not at all be surprised if "Cory's Ramble" got released in the US, probably in a different color set, though.

Ummm....maybe because that would defeat the purpose of an item being an "exclusive"

Believe me, I've had more than my fair share of screwovers due to a store exclusives.  I missed both opportunities at the Beast Machines Megabolt mold, Jhiaxus, and the Micromaster combiners because, except for the combiners, KB doesn't release anything to their online branch.  Then there was RID Scourge, AA Optimus Primal, and reissues.

And I'll tell you right now, a Target exclusive will be FAR more readily available than a KB exclusive, simply because there are a LOT more Target stores than KB stores, plus the possibility of Target or Hasbro Toy Shop offering them online.

And as I said in another response, Hasbro has said NOTHING about Cory's Ramble.  That policy is outright BULLBlot as is most of the ignorance you are spouting.

Hasbro is out to make money, the fact we fans get anything is amazing in and of itself.  Pull your head out of your ass and get over it.  If you really want something bad enough, there are plenty of ways to get it.
