Bumblejumper

Recommended Posts

Just how rare is Bumblejumper? Some guy wants to sell me him for $50. Should I jump on this deal?

he is rare, he was a mistake put in the wrong box . if hes in good shape with nice joints buy him up . look at this one its the one i want red bumblejumper

you could always keep an eye on e-bay to pick one up cheaper if you wanted.

What kinda shape is it in, and is it loose, or M.O.C? I saw one on ebay a few months back on the card, the bidding was up over a grand. Needless to say, Id'a pulled a Swindle on this guy and happily handed over 50 bones for one if it was on the card still!

Except that it isn't "Bumblejumper". It's just the red version of the Microchange car that eventually got put on Cliffjumper's card by mistake.

And contrary to that auction's description, he wasn't on Bumblebee's card (as mentioned in the "toy archive" site link you posted.)

"Bumblejumper" is a fan-given name, because it was neither Bumblebee nor Cliffjumper, and he didn't have a name of his own.

I believe Dreamwave named him "Bumper". No clue if that's going to be his official name, but I guess it beats being called Bumblejumper.

$1,000, No tf is worth that.

If it was still in the card, I'd give $50 for it. But then, maybe that's just me. Bumblejumber was my very first TF back in '84, so it has sentimental meaning for me. I still have him, but, unfortunately, he no longer has a head! :eek

It would probaby be cheaper to track down a replacement head from the diaclone car. :)
