BTW, I hope they do an ongoing series.  It's really good.  I have to say this some of Don and Simon's better works.

The end of the letercol of issue 3 said there was a big announcement at the end of the mini.  I'm guessing there'll be another mini soon, or they'll start an ongoing.  I don't think the gathering will turn into an ongoing though.  Never including the cartoon cast (or including them rarely) would be a bad move, IMO.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

What would be really nice is if the announcement is for a Transtech comic.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I tihnk Madhammer would die of pure joy if that happened.

The Dinobot toy was supposed ot be a raptor, HEADMASTER, not a T-Rex.

What's the big deal with Transtech anyway.  It was unproduced, and what I've seen of the prototypes, it looked kind of stupid.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Transtech wouldn't be a ghey as Armada and energons were.

I'm sure the plot would've been great, but the designs (especially cheetor), I can't help but wonder wtf the designers were smoking.

the transtech designs were freakin sweet

i'd LOVE for TFs to take a turn inthat direction somewheres

and actually, i think a Transtech comic would be kinda fun. It'd be an awesome one shot for the TF:Evolutions line or somethin xD

Transtech, now theres a great idea. IDW seem to want to cover all the bases of the Tf franchise. Maybe they will some day...

Beast Wars Grimlock is a Deinonychus (larger relative of Velociraptor, about the same size as the raptors in Jurassic Park).

Not that Beast Wars really gets the sizes right. I mean Airrazor was a falcon but was as big as a cheetah.

if beast wars did get proportions right, imagine how different a t-rex next to a spider would end the show in one episode.

mainframe didn't choose for mass shifting because they didn't like it.

something else, has anyone noticed ravage/tripredacus agent is mistransformed in issue 3? just like my own repaint 2 years ago.

And inferno was as tall as the original primal.

I didn't realize it until you just pointed it out.  But mine is trasformed exactly the same way they have it pictured.

good job from IDW.

Ravage isn't mis-transformed per si, they just chose a different way of "transforming" him so he wasn't a Cheetor clone.  I actually really dig him looking like that.  In fact, that's how I have my Tripredacus Agent set up now, and he looks a lot better for it.

Can someone point me to a gallery.  I'm forgetting what they looked like.
