I finally recieved a BT Prowl Lightbar from Slagatron so I have completed my Alternators Armada Red alert and will be submitting a completed gallery to TFMaster.com shortly. (as well as the pics of my Alternators G1 Red alert which is also complete)

 

I have two customs currently in process...using both the Meister and Shockwave mold, I have mixed and matched pieces around, and am planning to make a "Shack"-Wave and a Stepper/Richochet.

 

I have actually started painting both...but am now going to focus on Shackwave for now.

 

I will continue posting pics as I complete more pieces.

 

Here is the basic look I am going for. (I'm not very good at coloring with Photoshop...but I had fun making this...)

 

oh you sneak i was seriously thinking about how cool a shackwave would be yesterday

i was watching ffod and noticed that it has its own intro sequence with a miscoloured shockwave aswell. that would be a cool colour scheme  :thumb  but anyways good luck  :tfmad  like you need it

Well, I have my Shackwave on the customs table right now.  I finished his "eye" and his laser.  He also has the first coat on him :D  I hope to have mine complete soon.

So far, I finished the forearms, chest, hood, and head.

 

Before anyone asks...I am using the Meister mold for Shackwave so that he'll look less "powerful" than Shockwave. I want Shockwave to have the bodykit, and be more aerodynamic. I think I am goin to use him as a drone for Shockwave, or a bodyguard of sorts...

 

Also, his "eye" and hand are from a custom I recieved during a trade. I believe it was originally made by Weirdo (Alternator Weirdo). I believe he made the custom out of a Testshot Shockwave...and thats why the eye was purple and the gunhand was clear.

 

Don't worry anybody, I didn't destroy another custom, I simply swapped eyes. I would never destroy anyone else's work. I don't even think I'll be keeping the gunhand on Shackwave...cause I want that to be unique to the more powerful Shockwave. What do you guys think? Regular hand, or gun hand?

That's neat you have a clear gun hand to work with.  There are two KOs of Shockwave, one with a red gun hand and another with a clear one.  I have made mine with a red hand. 

 

Try looking up pics of that original KO.  Man, that's tough!  Could anyone supply a few for this thread?

Alright...well...I thought I was done with the doors...but...hahaha, I didn't notice the window sill along the top...so its still white...

 

I am almost done with the doors, and have completed the shoulders.  I was going to slap some standard decepticon symbols on there, and then thought...boring...so I'm working on a few ideas...

 

I am probably going to keep the gunhand...but not the clear one...so if anyone knows where I can get a repro one...or if anybody has a original Shockwave one...PM me, I have a bunch of alt parts to trade for it...
