because he CAN. Who the hell is gonna tell Megatron he can't? Waspinator?

my theory of the transmetal driver

now we all must take into acounts that there are these alien constructs all over the planet, we at least know that the vok had more than the maximals knew about because when dinobot mapped them one episode there was one or two more than they ever went to. one of these must of had the driver in it, most likely a power source, Megatron and taranculas modified it's function using the tm2 technology so that the benifits could be applied to a living transformer.

quite simple if you think about it

Why does the commander of the predacons have a rubber ducky anyway? I bet Tarantualus still sleeps with his bo-bo-bear  :tflaugh

because he wanted some company

that was pretty much my theory. either that or some alien artifact that megs already had but never shown changed into the driver after the quantum surge. now remember folks. no one in the show calls it the transmetal 2 driver, just transmetal driver. so that means its creation is not limited to just the third season.

oops... disregard this post. im a moron. :tfevil

quick thought concerning waspy getting home to cybertron. whos to say he wasn't stuck on earth till the 20th century. if anybody remembers the g1 season 1 episode transport to oblivion the episode where the cons began experimenting with space bridge technology on earth a small transport ship gets sent through and shockwave on cybertron  says it was lost due to the fact that a driver was not present when it got sent through the spacebridge on earth to him.

whos to say that waspy didnt somehow manage to hitch a ride and after some crasy dimension hopping roadtrip wound up back on cybertron  prior to beast machines.

i commend you on your theory. but its pretty far fetched. id just assume megs at some point went back and got him. sure waspy could get off the planet by himself but not through time.

alternatively he could have swiped it from the remenants of the floating island, BA got metalised in colour if i remember right

sure the flying island could be one. or any of the other alien stuff. i dont remember them all. the one i thoght it could be was the flying thing megs gets in season two that he plans to destroy the ark with. those were his plans for it. pay attention to what he says.

far fetched or not it would make for a good story about him bumbling and stumbling through the other show contiinuities and having a brief stint with the preds from RID

yeah baby theyde be the preda stooges all right ha!
