i mean it. why did we get totally boned by hasbro when it came to takara coming out with bw metals jaguar/ravage. that line of theirs about it being to expensive to import the molds for the figure was a total line of BULL SH!T.

AND YET SOMEHOW JUST SOMEHOW the hartman brothers got their hands on the molds for the figure to sell it as tigatron.

the one holy grail figure of the besst wars toyline and Hasbro totally screwed us over on it.

sorry for the rant guys but i say its time for some real answeres to this question

Come on, dude. That character only existed in one three-part episode of a TF show from 1998. Do you really think it would be worth it for Hasbro to sell that figure in the US? (hint: the answer is "no")

Maybe it'll end up in the collectors club or something...

ok I feel bad now, since I have both versions.

I don't think I have the re-release of the blue cheator if that makes you feel better...

Well, they released alot on non-show charaters too, so one more wouldn't have hurt them. :roll

Armada's Nemesis prime existed in only 1 episode, yet he did got released (ok, he's easier to make as it's just a recolor)

This is the sort of thing the Universe line should have been releasing.  I'd have loved to see that, especially compared to the crap they're releasing like A.Sideswipe or every mold I didn't like from Beast Machines.  No wonder the line is dead.

...chalk it up to the Hasbro marketing geniuses.

dragon megs had three episodes... tigerhawk had three... and they were completely different molds. ravage was just a retool. not that im saying things like this dont surprise me. it just happens. if you really want it enough shell out the dough. i will on this guy eventually.

i need that figure :tfsad

the guys right about tigerhawk beng in only 3 episodes and yet hasbro came out with him as a figure. as for his rasorclaw reissue they could have done the mold up as ravage colorscheme wise with just a little bit of armada airrasor thrown in colorswise . that way they could say he was an evolved form of ravage or perhaps him being their son instead with ravage and lasorbeak having been fused together to create an anti thesis to tigerhawk they could have done that for universe rasorclaws backstory character wise.

just how the hell did the hartmen brothers get their hand on it for tm tigatron though especially when hasbro said it was too expensive  to buy the molds for the figure or is it that hasbro was just too damned lazy to go the distance on this one

they should give us a straight answer though one way or the other.

they could at least do that much.
