Oh yes, I also liked the designs for transtech and wouldn't mind seeing them released. and Armada Scavenger sucked!

I wrote that post from a content-and-happy-with-my-Classics-toys-a-year-from-now sort of place. Once I'm there, I can't imagine needing an homage figure for quite some time. I'll be ready for something new.

To be honest, the designs look way too ambitious to me. They may have looked good on paper (to some people) but judging by some of the crap we got from BM, these wouldnt have turned out very well in toy form. Change is good, I wont argue with that, but there needs to be a line, or it just becomes tacky.

Did you knopw that there were three or so TT protos made? one of Starscream, one of Cheetor and one of Optimus.

 

unfortunately, the guy who had the photos of SS and Cheetor lost the Optimus pics. :(
