They also make several Thomas the Tank Engine playsets.

Here's a hint of what they've done  :thumb

Am keeping my fingers crossed that this merger may mean a bit more design variaton, and less of those repaint / remolds...

At least this'll mean both my beloved TFs and Zoids are made by the same company!!

As long as they keep making TFs I'm happy.

But I must admit, I have a little fear deep down that this could be a turn for the worst.

Time to sit back and see what happens.

Mayby Tomy will market them a bit better(ie:more agressivly, ive seen about 3 ads for tfs in the past year and countless yu-gi-oh, bedaman, pokemon etc.) and comission a good cartoon show with a decent amount of airplay.

well if they keep the design staff from takara and keep the BT line going im happy

maybe we will see beast transformers look more zoid like from time to time IMO thats not a bad thing most of them look cool

seeing as hasbro is pulling all the strings we might see shorter times between protos showing up and seeing them in stores

i dont think they will drop the name and with the movie comming out i can only see the line growing

^ Ugh the quintessential puzzelformers... When I was a kid, I got that middle one for christmas, and immediately lost every piece.

man i can just imagine getting a new predaking based on their zoids designs, yes some beast tf based on some of the zoid designs would kick magor @$$ :clap

^ they could even start off their new enterprise with a brand new series, featuring beast formers outfitted with new zoid-esc designs!!

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before but...

If GF and Cybertron are already mostly finished - that is the Designs etc are complete - does this mean that the FIRST signs of Tomy influence will be on THE MOVIE FIGURES?!?!
