Rear doors are in his boots.  It looks like the entire roof and tailgate are connected, and fold up into his back.  And I think the front doors are visible under his arms. 

I have to admit, unimpressive car or not, they did a number on the engineering, and it looks like the interior will be complete.  Even with the grill-chest transformation, he might be pretty complex.

yeah he may turn out to be harder to transform then grimy/wj who currently have my tops on hardest/complicated alts to do

Yeah. It looks like some of the car interior actually folds into the hood of the car.

honestly i like teh skids re-paint more then the ironhide one. but ya the scion blows hard

Still bigger than the Jeeps. it's funny how they went from military vihicle with some big guns to having puney pistols.

yeah that is true, i forgot about the jeeps, damn shame that they can get these cool alt modes and articulated figs but they have some of the worse weapons ever in transformer history.....coolest concept though

Wether you like the xB or not, you gotta hand it to the Toyota design team-- they got us going off on this mold for 8 pages now... more discussion in a single thread about a single new figure than I've seen for a while.

I was also hopeing Ironhide could be a Ford F-150 SVT Lightning (red) and his repaint could be an F-150 Harley Edition (grey and black with purple windows) and call him Motormaster
