So you're saying they were being stole a lot huh? Hehehe...yeah, I know what you mean. Back before Wal-Mart and KayBee quit carrying the Alts. I saw several models posing as Alts.

Yeah, I thought I had found a Meister totally early before I realized it was simply a white Mazda diecast model stuck in a Smokescreen box. :inhrf

I'm getting worried.Â Surely, someone would have gotten hold of the prototype by now if we are looking at a May release??? I like Prowl and wanted to add him to my collection.

After that all I really wanted was a Mirage, Ironhide, Ratchet, Trailbreaker, Bumblebee and Sunstreaker to add to my Alt collection and I think I would be satisfied...I think!!! :tftongue )

Looks like the end for my favourite line at this rate and it don't make me happy...Â :tdown

What can we do?Â

Should we contact Mattel for some info?

Should we all go out and buy three Decepticharges and Battle Ravages each?

ARGH! Don't think I love the line enough to do that!

....And where are the Sunstreaker (Dead End repaint) and Trailbreaker (Swindle repaint) that have been rumoured???Â Come on Hasbro!!Â Its about time we got that too!!Â What is taking you guys???

Aren't you an impatient little bugger? Hasbro's not gonna pump out 3 Alts a week, dude. Be a little patient. We'll probably expect some new BT/Alt news in a couple of months. The thing is BT's already lagging a little, and will only get Shockwave by this month, I think. This means Prowl will be released around July or August, and that's a lot of time for new news.

Maybe a bit impatient :roll , but its been a while now and not even a prototype has surfaced...!

And why aren't any of the shops offering a Prowl pre-order? (Except for 1 selling at a ridiculous $45). Seems as if they are skeptical as well...

I agree.Â If they're going to do 3 versions of each mode (as swerve suggests), I think Prowl would have been the best choice for the WRX.

I have about 5 Wal-Marts and three Targets in my area, along with a few TRU, K-Mart and K-B toys. I often will hit all of these in a single toy run. I've found Alternators have been a little spotty here and there, though I do have all of them. The new ones absolutely fly off the shelves, while the older ones collect dust. Sometimes this causes problems. My neighborhood Wal-Mart has had a pile of Smokescreens and Sideswipes for about 5 months now, and they still aren't moving. They seem to have got a large shipment in late november of the older figures(Hound and Silverstreak were just starting to appear) and never were able to move it. I think they had a somewhat newer case in the back for a while now, since they just started displaying some Hounds and Silverstreaks, but they really aren't moving either. Some of the other Wal-Marts and Targets never have any in stock and those are the best places to look for the new ones.
