So here's a question: If Ravage has "future Ravage"'s memories, does that mean that he remembers the BT conversion too? And if Ravage in BW already knows that his mission has failed, why does he still do it anyway? Is he trying to defy fate?

G1 Ravage is in stasis lock and not aware of the existence of BT Ravage.

Man, I must be missing things left and right. So Ravage is stuck inside BT Ravage in cassette mode, unconsciously supplying BT Ravage with his spark etc? Huh, that's even cooler.

im only reading this now for the first time... thats explains alot and makes me like my ravage even more! good job!

Hey you know what I just realize, since the spark is the cassette Ravage. I few post earlier someone mention ejecting the cassette and putting in Blaster's cassette. Can we say possible Steeljaw repaint? Hasbro using the yellow alternator Tracks mold that everyone was Starscreaming about? Things that make you go hmmm............

A FOURTH release of the Corvette mold? After we already got Tracks and Ravage, with Swerve coming up? Are you serious?

Maybe BT Ravage Eventually goes offline and then later cassette Ravage regains consciousness with no memory of the whole BT war and then....later gets reformatted into a predacon and then... goes back in time to the Beast Wars and starts everything all over again.

tape swapping... haha.. making new transformers couldn't be easier!

and when ravage awakens... this happends!!!

oh no teh beast mode! args!

Really, the way it's set up is perfect because G1 Ravage will not have any knowledge of BW Ravage, so then he can go on to become the Predacon agent Ravage later without ever knowing what happened or distrupting the timeline. Putting Ravage in the tape deck and out of commission is really the most logical thing to do here.

I think its funny how everyone is surprised that "good writing" can create interest in an otherwise mediocre figure (not my opinion)

Isn't that the argument G1'ers, including myself, have been using for ever? I realize the cartoon was not pulitzer material.  But the Tech-Specs and the Marvel Comic created enough interest and personality to create some of the most playable bricks in history.  Somthing the multicolored, super posable pokimon-wannabies have yet to accomplish.

But i do have a question:  Is "Jaguar" a different Character than "Ravage"?  or is it simply the Japanese name for G1-Ravage?

What was BW's name?  Beast-Jaguar?

Jaguar was his Japanese G1 name. They can't use it anymore now b/c of the car manufacturer.

Man, I hate car companies and their darn copyrights.

Mine cant do that! His head refuses to look up. did you have to force it or un screw it?
