Look, there were 20 years missing between G1 S2 and TF:TM, right? Isn't it possible that Megatron got out to Voyager some time during that 20 year gap and inscribed his secret message? I mean, they show him writing on the record with some kind of little torch or something. He could've gotten there a hundred different ways, and the V'ger still hasn't left our outer solar system, so it's not like he couldn't have found it.

But how did he know to make it, though? Who gave him the idea? Maybe X-9 shared his knowledge of the future...

Seems Like takara researched info hi and low for spark/memory transferal and incorporated it into Battle Ravage. *sigh* I UNDERSTAND it but its soooo complicated :eek2

Again, it's not so much "Takara" as a corporate identity... The BT story is written by Hirofumi Ichikawa, who is a HUGE fan of western storytelling, hence all the references. :)

He didn't "know" to make it, he just came up with the idea, thinking that it might come in handy for future generations of evil-minded megalomaniacs.
