World's Biggest Action Figure & Playset?

Recommended Posts

Sure it's big, but does it become a robot? I think not. And so it will never be anything but fort max's surfing board.

*Thinks Tidal wave that size WOULD be the sweetest TF ever.*

*agrees*

No I think the largest action figure was that 6 foot Zaku they gave away at some convention in Japan a couple years ago. Takara also had a giant Convoy one where you could move his arms and legs and head... He is like 5 or 6 feet tall as well but was just a con prop.

The Zakus were sold as models (since they require assembly). $3000 was the highest price I saw for one. And they're only five feet tall.

Bandai has built 1:1 scale Gundams for their museum (about 50 feet tall, give or take five), but they're not for retail :D

So the Flagg is the largest Playset and a jumbo Megazord would probably be the largest action figure right? At least Fort Max is the largest Transformer made, besides this guy...

Very cool, but what is it?? :eek :eek :eek

It is one of the characters/toys that Don Figueroa had made to go along with his Macromasters story.

Official ruling is no pictures allowed of the full-size ones (not even media and website!). Someone managed to sneak a picture a year or so back, it was of a 1:1 Zaku assembly line (yes, more than one!). But there are some pics on the website of the partial bits that are around:

There was a convention late last year (the one with the Power Rangers suits) that had the Zaku and (RX-01?) 1:1 heads on display.

I found a bunch of pix that I'll edit into a collage to post tonight. It was of the Zaku head, and a 2-3 story basic Mobile Suit bust. Very cool stuff.

well, save for those inflatable, umm, "barbies" at that, umm, "toy store" down the street.  i guess those are "Action figures", he he.

That was the funniest thing I have read in a while :lol
