typically optimus will always be 10s, the other leaders will normally have something that is a 9, but no lower than a 8 on any stat, at least in my experience

Personally, I think a leader should have the following as 10s. Rank, of course, Fireblast, Courage, Strength, and Endurance. Other things, should probably be other than 10. Especially a truck, that should be maybe a 6-8 in Speed. Intelligence can vary, considering that the Autobot leader is usually pretty smart, but still accepts advice from his "inner circle" of troops.

Well you know that those things are just "value adders" to make you feel like you got a cool toy. :D I'm sure the Hasbro people don't sit around and think, "okay so if he's a nine and he's a ten, he should be a seven..." I mean, no one should be a "10" for EVERYTHING. And if Omega Supreme or Unicron is a "10" in a given category, wouldn't that make everyone else a "one" or a "two" in comparison?

P.S. Glad the card got there safely. :D

but Rodimus couldn't be a ten on endurance but could be on speed....

Ever since mid-G2 Hasbro started rating all Optimus's and Megatron's at straight 10's, which made absolutely no sense (especially looking at the BW/BM figures). I actually thought it was great when they lowered Op's strength to 9 for the first G2 release, the 10's for strength & endurance should be reserved for the combiners & citybots in my book.

I think Prime's spec's should ALWAYS be like this: (G1/armada/energon)

STRENGTH: 9 (being hit by a 18 wheeler would hurt)

INTELLIGENCE: 9 (wisest of all the autobot- but may not be as good at michanics as Rachet or red alert)

SPEED: 7 (trucks can be fast but not as fast as a seeker)

ENDURANCE: 8 (bulk may slow him down)

RANK: 10 (autobot leader+barer of the matrix of leadership)

COURAGE: 9 (bravest of most autobots, though young hotheads don't really consider the danger involved)

FIREBLAST: 8 (iron blaster+ energon axe are no match for megatron anti matter cannon ect)

SKILL:10 (wisest of althe autobots + longest regein for an autobot leader)

While Meg's should be like this:

STRENGHT: 9 (bulk)

INTELLIGENCE: 9 (sometimes makes mistakes)

SPEED: 10/8 (varys on alt mode)

ENDURANCE: 8 (bulk)

RANK: 10 (greatest decepticon leader of all time)

COURAGE: 10 (uses every availible moment to crush his enemys)

FIRE BLAST: 10 (alt mode: Gun/ tank/ gunship)

SKILL:10 (concered cybertron and lead the decepticons to victory)

And really, what does a "10" for "strength" even mean? These are all such vague descriptors. "My speed is TEN!!!" Okay, "ten" what? "ten" miles per hour? per minute? per second? Rankings like this are meaningful to my six-year-old son who doesn't get "Mach 3" but gets "10 is the highest!" And that's who they're designed for.
