someone is gonna come into this thread and say

"In the show they never transform into individual bots, and each gestalt has a singlular concience and robot and alt modes"

but I see your points, the combiner limbs are some of the best basics I have EVER seen, the deluxes rock too (stormjet could use some work though)

Grimlock and Swoop is going to. Well one time only the others I might not get.

Is there a pic out there of the Grimlock/Swoop gesalt?

Ben Yee has just posted a review

I'm not even getting any of these combiners complete. I buy parts which will be combined in a combiner of my own chosing.

But displaying them in combined mode? No, the parts look so good individually I don't see any reason to display them in the less appealing combined mode. The only combiner that's displayed combined is the JRX set because they look better combined.

as far as buildtron (what a lame name by the way) goes, im buying doubles of the green peices to keep his gesalt colours uniform. besides i dont recall seeing the origional devastator with yellow or blue arms and legs.

if i had the room i would leave the combiners as individuals...unfortunatly i dont have the room..so combined they shall stand...

Mine just sit in their respective boxes on my shelf

i change them often one day its in bots the next all combined
