PE reflector SUPERSIZED KO vs the REAL DEAL

Recommended Posts

The day glow green ish colors do make it look like a G2 doesn't it.

I'd make some stickers my self if my printer were working. Though the quality of the stickers Repro usually makes hangs on to the plastic better than mine.

I made custom stickers for the oversized G1 prowl, regular Prowl + a whole police force G1 series, a Red Mustang Alternators pace car custom I made from photos of the actual car, those came out awesome.

At any rate, I'll wait and see what Repro does, about the only thing I could add right now would be "Reflector" stickers over the eye piece thing, and I don't think it really needs it.

Have to see if they made stickers for the real toy, again might not even need it.

Reprolabels did make stickers for PE Reflector.

I got them, and PE Reflector, a few months ago. I have to admit that it is unreasonably small. I wouldn't blame anyone if they thought it wasn't worth the money.

Shameless self promotion:

If you want more looks at the Reprolabels set (as well as showing off one unfortunate slight problem with it) I wrote a review of PE-11 (the real one, not the knock-off), it has pleanty of pictures, and it includes the Reprolables.

It is available here.

Now I remember seeing the PE sticker set. Of course I did make the 1 alteration to mine, which was to make a mirror piece fit the lense of the camera, so it's all nice and shinny. I think that was better than painting and probably better than a sticker, so hard to get the air bubbles out.

I did it again. While studying this thing, I noted that I could stack all 6 together to make sort of a Blockman kinda wall. I did not post a pict of that yet, but then later I realized why wouldn't 2 lenses instead of just 1 work.

I think it's pretty interesting, not quite Scopeman from the Microchange line but interesting.
