Oh no no no. When I mentioned the Spider-Man soundtrack and the Matrix soundtrack I was referencing the idea of having both a rock soundtrack and a score soundtrack. I'm not talking literally having the soundtrack from Spider-Man or The Matrix BE the soundtrack for The Transformers LA movie or that it should be like those soundtracks.

One thing I have to say is this:

 

NO WAY IN HELL WILL TRANSFORMERS BE DARK AND BROODING WITH DEATH METAL MUSIC AS THE SOUNDTRACK.

 

There should be a heavy metal ballad about kicking ass and taking names.

 

There should be at least 1 electronic or industrial remix of the original TF theme.

 

NO RAP.

 

NO BRITNEY SPEARS BUBBLEGUM POP. NO GREEN-FRICKEN-DAY.

 

Psychosonik must be in there. (my one and only bias)

 

Powerman 5000 must be in there. (ok, another bias)

 

At least 4 instrumental industrial songs.

 

For the score soundtrack:

 

James Horner.

 

And if not him, Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard.

 

And if not them, John Williams.

 

AND THE MOVIE BETTER, BETTER!!!, HAVE A SIGNATURE THEME THAT IDs IT AS "THAT TRANSFORMERS MOVIE THEME".
