Oh, I'll be picking this thing up the first time I see it in the store. These were G1 figs that I only had 1-2 of as a kid, and I always liked them. Since this isn't a real original toy, or a re-issue of the original color scheme, I think this is the perfect opportunity to do my own set of colors.

Come on Hasbro, if its G1, make it a reissue. Its not our fault you made Toys R Us the exclusive carrier for G1. There's plenty of other lines for you to trash with these crazy colors. First Bruticas(Ruination), and now this. What is going on up there?

I kinda agree on the whole G1-as-Universe thing... if you've got the original molds to use, and you're assuming there's a big enough market to make them a wide release item (and let's face it... a WM exclusive puts it almost everywhere Hasbro's considering as a market) then surely it's not a stretch to put it in the Reissues line instead. Now that there's 3 versions of Bruticus out there though, and now Pirahnaking in Universe, it's basically assured that we won't see either reissued true to their original G1 releases.

 

Do you think maybe they're getting ahead of themselves on Universe releases and are really digging to find molds to put into the line??

Man all you peeps care about is the colors, dahm it is a G1 reissue COMBINER, alot of us were either to poor or to young to get all the G1 cobiners, and now we have to pay rediculouse amounts for the toys we wanted as children. So I say to Hell with the colors, it is alright by me and I will be picking it up.
