I don't think Hasbro is gonna target someone who's making repros of parts that don't even come with the actual toy... At least not unless someone is actively reporting them to Hasbro.

Though I guess the more probable response is going to be "rather not".

I think that Takara and Hasbro will be pulling out different toys for different countries mi boys (ie diecasting vs. die casting). I say this based on the fact that Hasbro it going to name their S200 WINDCHARGER (which had no weapon mind you and will be the kinder, gentler " American" standard robot) and Takara calling theirs OVERDRIVE (Japanese standards not being so strict that they can get away with the sniper rifle). I think that the names are the foreshadowing of events that that tells us where the companies are going and thinking when it comes to releasing these figures. I'm venturing to think that the Japanese Car companies will also have different standards than the Car companies in America.

What do names have to do with accessories?!?

 

Side Swipe is named "Lambor" in Japan. Silverstreak is "Streak". Battle Ravage is "Jaguar". The car companies couldn't care less about the names applied to their vehicles being meant to represent the same characers in both Japan and the US...

 

Besides, "Windcharger" is most probably due to trademark issues (i.e. the name "Overdrive" not being available in the US), rather than Hasbro wanting to chose a different character than Takara...

I have a good imagination. I'll pretend it's some type of powerful Null Ray/Stun gun. With that shield he looks like an officer of the peace any way. The original Windcharger didn't have a gun nor Bumblebee
