Looks more like Ratchet instead of Skids in that scene where Prime is flying in. Also, is that potentially Shockwave under the clock in that same scene?

Count the new bots? There are none. The ones you listed were all in the previous movies. A few of which 'died' That doesn't say invasion to me. That says "same bots who were here last time."

 

Read my post, I listed the ones shown in the superbowl ad for ROTF, what I meant was that the DOTM ad wasn't an ad to say "Hey, here's a new bot, here's a new bot, here's a new bot, now go buy a ticket" the way ROTF did, this one seems to be trying to show the story and how the movie will be set up.

 

 

Funny thing though, my sister saw the trailer and looked to me asking "didn't we just see this trailer?" Aka, the Battle: LA trailer :P

If you notice at the end, the Last Decip OP slices in half is Starscream. You can see his chicken legs and grey color scheme.

 

The head kind of does look like him, but I high doubt that that is him. It could just be another "repaint". Plus it looks like no tattoos were visible. They wouldn't have SS go out like that anyways.

 

Those tentacles look like the tentacles Soundwave had in ROTF when he was hacking into the US Satellite.....

 

Possibly, but It looks it could be one of them spaceships, but from that scene, the first two frames have it looking like it was drilling into the ground.

I'm close to needing a shower .... and a drool towel! Ok Bay, I'm impressed with the trailer, now don't F- up the movie! Love the feel, and the darkness, the fights are just pure win. And still a bunch of new characters without focusing on them. I think the idea with Prime and his trailer and/or Jetfire is he'll have the trailer carrying around the parts of Jetfire for Super Prime, and when he needs them, blam, there they are. One thing does REALLY worry me though. When Prime goes on his landing rampage, he's got his sword in one hand, and the other looks like a MechTech weapon ... PLEASE tell me it ain't true?!? It's hard to see, so I'm just hoping it's his upgraded arm cannon for Super Prime mode.

 

The toys still bug me, but I've got an all new renewed interest in the movie, but with some extreme skepticism. Time will tell, but it looks like a large step in the right direction :beer
