I personally like the fact that you all said to submit only one question and even gave us a list of things not to ask but very few seemed to actually read the guidlines that were posted.

I think my question is appropriate but even is it does get picked I dought it will be answered. Hasbro, for all of its denial of this fact, seems not to really take into account what a lot of the fans think. Yea they sugar coat things and say they are listening but.... It ultimately comes down to the $$$$.

FYI: my question-

There have been a lot of Positive and Negative feelings towards the Michel Bay image of the Transformers and Hasbro's "Revenge of the Fallen" toy line. How has the popularity and distain of the most recent movie (and subsequently toy line) from many Transformer fans impacted the decision making process on what direction different media and toy lines are currently taking and will take in the future?

Well, there's your problem right there. Hasbro: 1) Won't discuss the future outside of who they're repainting into whom, and 2) Won't acknowledge any negative perceptions toward any of their products.

Also, I was wondering about those who were submitting two or more questions myself....

Just cause some are submitting more then 2 doesn't mean we are outside of the guidelines

We are simply asking different things hoping that one of the questions gets picked.

And with Hasbro Stock trading at $38.36 a stock at the bell. It is still a little out of my price range at the moment. Yes I have thought about adding Hasbro to my stock portfolio.

Actually, the guidelines state, and I quote: "You only get one post in this thread containing only one question". I believe posting two or more questions is the very definition of going outside the guidelines. We all hope our question will be picked but that's no reason to break the rules.

Saves on posts :tfevil

Sure saves on posts, but the guidelines are there for a reason.

I don't see why Hasbro tries to communicate with us in this useless and roundabout way. It takes more effort than is needed for a whopping 0% return.

They could instead do what Bethesda with some of their games did and have some people come post on these and other TF related forums, answering the occasional question and giving out information as they're allowed. It'd work better and I'm sure they can misconstrue someone's job description enough to get them to do this. The only question is if they can find someone competent enough to do it.

That'll never happen. Even if the person posting from Hasbro knew the rules inside out, there's always the chance they would let something slip. Therefore, anyone having this duty forced on them would most likely err so far on the side of caution that we'd ultimately get less info than we do in the Q&A. Our best information will probably always come from press releases.

We'll just have to wait for the rest as Hasbro & company see fit to release it.

It's a game of cat and mouse. Guess who the mice are.

Ooh! I know this one! Ummm, Republicans, right? Damn! You should never mix Transformers and politics. Or anything and politics for that matter....
