I'm thinking of getting Divebomb but with comand ravage out I was wondering if there will be a U.S. release of the divebomb repaint called ShadowHawk by Hasbro?

well so far thier are 3 or 2 repaints of each not counting hasbro and takara variants

3 dino bots: crull lock, doomlock, and magma type

3 jaguar's : battle Rav, command rav and desert type (not much diff between command and desert)

2 crome horns : insecticon and forist type

2 shadow hawks : dive bomb and cosmos type

hasbro dont seem to be releasing the ***** types as they are ment to be limited edition's i here

i have a shadow hawk cosmos and its a gr8 repaint better the the norm and worth getting

They're still about 6 months left for Energon's lifespan. It's still a big possibility. We're talking about Hasbro here after all, people.

I think it is highly probably that the Cosmo type will be seen here, not only is their six months left in the line, but Hasbro appears to be getting the getalts out pretty quick if their web page is any indication.

should see a rush of energon over here pretty soon then, and most shops have only just got rid of armada

Thay could be saving Shadowhawk for Universe...

yeah ive notice most store has ran pritty low on energon stuff bar rapid run and treadbolt (freaking repaints)

I'm thinking the repaints will slow down in the main line now that Universe has proven it's got legs on it. I would really like to get the Cosmos Type over here, but I agree that there's a strong possibility they may hold off repainting all the Terrorcons for possible future Universe release. I think if any repaints were planned, we'd have heard something about it by now.

We'll get it somehow

now that Universe has proven it's got legs on it

That's a bit of a stretch, Walmart's stores have dumped the ultra pricepoint, around here the pegs are FULL of the same two toys (Inferno and Ratchet), and about half of the coming exclusives coming are in Energon packaging rather than Universe.

In addition, we have heard almost nothing in regards to the next couple assortments (just the constructicons and Longhorn (Ramulus)), and Hasbro was suspiciously quiet about the line this past convention. Hasbro hasn't even spent the money to update the catalog in over a year.

I think the Backblast (as the repaint was called on the show) WILL appear in the line before the change-over next summer. Not only does Hasbro have the trademark to the name (from a GI Joe release), but at the rate stuff is coming (the last Arielbots will be out in January), I wouldn't be surprised if the last basic wave will be half gestalt parts, half Omni/Terrorcon repaints (as they still have Skyblast, Arcee, and Insecticon to repaint)
