Did I mention that it's kinda broken? Head is hot glued on and someone I think BIT the light bulb inside off? Doesn't walk either.

 

I noticed something on the Cosmos Robot box, I think it's a replica of the original Mecha Bot 1 toy, (omega's first name) with added moonscape and dirt covering parts of the toy picture. The screw holes on this bot are facing front, I thought the original toys all had their screw holes in the arms facing the back.

 

I'd have to see a close up shot of the real Mechabot 1 box to confirm.

 

AND there is 1 other known variant of Omega out there + that Freak Bot thing. I had one in my hands incomplete but passed on it. From a customizing stand point, that might have been cool to use, green canopy and all, to make a 6th variant... That sounds SO G2, green tinted window, like Orange tank with black bits here and there...

I had most of one in my hands years ago and passed on it because it was SO DANG UGLY! Now I kinda wished I had gotten it, not because I want it to complete my collection, but that head might make a good custom Omega, especially the green tinted canopy.

Its wearing a skirt but has a cockpit.. Looks like a Junkion version of another site I visit/
