So I've been cruising eBay! for a couple weeks tracking down old Transformer boxes and I happened to noticed a ton of G1 MIBs and MISBs. I'm already aware of some KOs you could order and some floating on eBay!.

 

So...does anyone know if they're making Topspin and Twintwist KOs? I'm seeing a bunch pop up on eBay! lately and in good condition. Anything else someone's noticed?

Genneral rule. If you see a whole bunch of something that hasn't been made in 25 flood the market in nice clean condition, ASK ASK ASK!!!

 

I do believe there is a KO set for them. To be sure though ask to see a pick of the information print on the back of the box.

 

KOs are one thing, the pros and cons for them rage in debates. Sellers who push them off as vintage though, and they're out there, are just plain scum.

Watch out for the cassetteicons "giftsets" that are carded. 98% of those listings are KO's, the sad thing about the thing is how much they want for them. I generally wouldent have a problem with KO if they didnt 1 stated they was real and 2 sell them at the same price as the real thing.

God I'd love for the Topspin/Twintwist KO's to come out..I was just telling my friend a few weeks ago that for some odd reason I'd love to have them in a box as well. I look at the originals available on ebay, and all the bubbles are really yellowed for whatever reason..I want clean sharp brand new KO-y goodness! Even though I have the Devy Giftset I think I might get those KO carded Constructicons once they're a bit more available and prices come down some. That and they need to get Sideswipe out..Hell, any new ones right now would be great. I'm really surprised they haven't done the Seekers or Megatron yet.

There has been plenty of Flipchanger k.o's in the past, there was a time you could find boxes of them cheaper than a chicklet. I'm sure some recent ones have got to be out there.

You may be in luck. There are multiple Topspins and Twintwists on ebay for pretty cheap. I did buy the mini seekers and I'm amazed by them. I.m sure it's a matter of time before the regular sized seekers come out.

 

I've noticed Prowl's gotten the KO treatmeant as well. Grapple and Inferno is suspected of being KOs. Too many are popping up in boxes. Also have Suntreaker, Wheeljack and Reflector KOs but also have the originals as well.

 

I also don't like sellers passing of Kos off as originals.

Nice KO collection. You've got me beat. I don't know if it's official but I'm seeing a lot more Grapples and Infernos than there needs to be on ebay selling for cheap.

I just wish they would make a computron KO giftset like that.

Sami...I recently saw a few of these KO Megatrons on Ebay. They aren't in a nice G1 style box like I believe you're looking for, but they look good and are supposed to have metal/plastic parts. Have you seen these or know of their quality?
