Combiners are the best kind of Transformers.

When it comes to this idea I will agree. I don't see a problem with them stuffing more robot goodness in each box!?!

The full combiners though like the Energon Maximus ones, those sucked. That type of combiner hasn't been done right since RID.

I did like alot of the AEC Prime combinations though.

Ive read a few times that some ppl think he has rear tank treads. I think its pretty obvious he has rear wheels from A., looking at his legs and seeing them, and B., from looking at the truck itself. Just wanted to clear this up so its not a "fact".

You guys notice how Caliburst's head looks like Piranacon (seacons gestalt)? Maybe up close it will look dif, but for now thats what i see. :D

Lastly, i think this might just BE a combiner looking at the peg looking thing in his chest. Like a limb. I know other members have said this already, but i agree, its a strong possibility.

I just hope this doesn't become Armada V2.0 :run

I actually didn't mind the Armada comic. The show sucked all kinds of ass and most of the figures were crappy, but the comic was good.

I think that Huffer has a Bayverse ROTF look to it as well. Huffer was a mini scaled Semi. I'm glad that they brought him into the line-up, but IMO it has the look and feel of the "moviesque" figure. Kinda reminds of what they did with Gears...or do I have to say Autobot Gears? :roll

Off topic, but i think the Dreamwave Armada comic is awesome! I have volumes (graphic novel) 1 & 3. How many comics are in the Armada series (& what issues are vol 1 & 3?), also if you know, what number of Energon comics as well? Where can i get a set of either?

I almost asked why there isn't an update on Cybertron, but then i remembered. The overall esthetic was crap (imo) (not that gthe figures were all that bad, just the gimmick and concept IMO)

I love this new prospect. Does anyone remember Power Masters? Maybe this is the direction that they are taking things now. I would LOVE to see where this developes into. Maybe they could do something where the smaller robot "drives" the vehicle and the vehicle "combines" around them like an exo-skeleton, like the Cyclone of Robotech fame.

whats a Power Master ?

:P welcome aboard.

Speaking of Powermasters, know what I'd like to see a comeback of? Pretenders.
