When it rains it pours. We've seen this enough now to know there is a pattern. We get a whole bunch of news and all of a sudden a fake script gets leaked that has nothing to do with the actual movie. Then it turns out the be a lot like the final product. Coincidence? Well, here it is like clockwork. A third leaked script for the third Transformers movie. With nearly 2 years to go, read it and prepare for the whine festival that's gong to ensue. Just how you like it. Read the Full News Story Here

A few pages in and already a bunch of ridiculous typos that would shame any professional screenwriter, lame dialogue, amateurish all around. Of course, this being Michael Bay's Transformers, it could well be real.

Do you have the links to the leaked Transformers 2 script? I seem to recall it not really bearing any similarity to ROTF, though maybe I was reading something else.

I dunno.. Lazer Beak? Spike? A seemingly usable plot? Sounds a bit too good for bay...

If it's real though, hurray! A movie that sounds like it'l be a decent action flick!

Edit: Silverbolt assembles his team? Preceptor? WHEELJACK? My FAVORITE G1 Autobot?

Yep, definitely too good to be true.

I really hope this is real. I really enjoyed this Script. If it is real, I hope it stays close to this version. The Knight Rider jokes had me balling. I think its perfect. Maybe the ending need a little revision, but everything else is Gold. This should satify G1 purist and new fans also.

This is fake. I haven't read it all yet but it is not very professional, even for a draft. Also way too much fan service, to the point that the movie almost wouldn't fit with the other 2 films. Remember when we got a similar draft for ROTF way before they started filming? Some elements of that one made it to the movie but Bay changed so much about it. That draft was actually better than the ROTF movie IMO. Even if this one were real, now that its leaked, Bay would make sure we see almost nothing like this on screen in 2011.

There is waaaay too much fan-wankery for it to be real. This is definitely some fan's attempt to rewrite the movieverse into G1. time travel back to the early 1980's, Starscream reformatting into his G1 design of a red white and blue F-15 Eagle, Optimus reformatting into his G1 Freightliner CoE semi cab design, etc. This is definitely a fake.

I'm not even gonna bother looking at this. Even if it was legit, I'd hate a spoiler this big.

I do like seeing you guys up on the soap box though! Good call on that one MISP :P

What I love even more will happen a few months from now when the sucker who thinks he found the big secret will start reposting things from the script in true know it all fashion :tflaugh

Fan fiction :bored

I been reading it. Its not bad at all. Of course a good story can still be butchered by bad film making. :awsum

Wow, that's a lot of fan service. Too much to be believable, unless Kruger sat down one weekend with the Season 1 and 2 DVDs and the 80's movie and tried to cram as much of it into the script as he could.

I wonder how long until we have people saying, "I hope it's real; anything to get rid of the Bayformer designs!"
