Ever dream about Transformers?

Recommended Posts

I find myself dreaming about Transformers from time to time. Pretty much since I first saw them. It usually involves a toy store with massive amounts of G1 toys.

If you have an interesting one to share be my guest.

I was reading a reply by forum member 'Datastream' on the topic of Buster Optimus Prime that went like this: "I had a dream I saw one of these at Target last night. Too bad it was only a dream." So I decided to start a topic based on the idea of Transformers Dreams (just giving credit where it is due).

In my dreams, Primus is my own personal TF genie, making the magic happen for me so I get whatever I want whenever I want. My wants usually involve a limitless amount of cash, mad customizing skills and EVERY TF ANIMATED TOY that EVER WAS and will EVER BE. I tool around the neighborhood in Megatron's ROTF tank mode and little kids bow down to me and give me their lunch money and housewives faint and swoon at my presence and men--REAL men--stop and reflect on the old days and how much better the old days would have been if I had been around. Then someone lets them know that I've always been around, and they just stand around and cry...but their tears are tears of JOY.

And the party never ends. Primus delights in making all of my TF dreams come true. The temperature is always just right outside. The UPS truck is always 3 days EARLY with my TF orders. Walmart employees hide all the good stuff in the back for ME even though they don't know me...it's just the right thing to do...for me. Incredible customizers like Frenzy_Rumble just keep giving me their customs--all of them--for FREE. That's the way it is in my dreams. Elita Loresca keeps paying me late-night visits because I display my incredibly show-accurate TFA Lockdown complete with his poncho and she knows that that is hot. The third TF movie comes out, it's directed by ME and it breaks all known box-office records and the critics love me and Elita Loresca marries me--for LOVE--and I'm paid a visit by the Sugarhill Gang, who tell me repeatedly that I am 'absolutely rhyme-tastic.' Dick Cheney changes his ways because he's seen ROTF and knows how bad things can get and he becomes an incredible ambassador for kids, love and science, and then Brenda Song wants to marry me too, because my collection is growing and growing and growing, and I have that Doubledealer KO that she herself has always dreamt of owning. My Charles Nelson Reilly fansite becomes the most lucrative internet site in all of modern history when I add a Powermasters gallery to it and I use these assets to buy the Detroit Pistons who win championship after championship because they fight for the love of Primus...

...and then, the dream ends with me sending Michael Bay back in time to meet Charlemagne.

That was awesome.

I actually dream occasionally that I go into the store and find some kind of awesome and previously unnavailable Transformer toys; those dreams are usually really cool unless I wake up or take them out of the package and they fall apart.

I actually had a really terrible one the other night, wherein I was watching a very depressing Transformers 3 where Michael Bay had killed all the Fem-bots, and the rest of the Autobots were Marching to washington and crowds of thousands upon thousands of people lined the streets, and this really sad music was playing.

I think that they were dying or something.

Ouch.

There was this one dream I had when all the fem...bots.....ummmmm. Nope never had a dream about transformers....

Sure haven't. Though time to time I've dreamed of nuclear armageddon and zombies.

I dreamt about Transformers a few times. Once in college...I can't remember all the details, but I remember it felt like the stylings of G1, but a bunch of new bots (specifically Decepticons) that I'd never seen before...I remember them standing and talking near a big ship (Nemesis maybe?)...felt something like a secret Season 5 if you will. I also had an anxiety dream later on (post-college)...I went to the store and all these new freakin' Transformers were out (some new, some re-releases)...that I didn't even know about! Must've been a week when I was on the search for one or something... :shrug

maybelike something in the backround if the setting is in my house. But focal point on them, nope, and if you are, then heed my fanboy advice...

GO OUTSIDE!!!

I had a reoccurring dream that there was a theater

like on the muppets show with stadium seating done in red and every single tf imaginable was there

all the size of typical figures, yet sitting in their own seats like they were all about to watch the opening of

some great movie(yes they were all alive and could think and talk, powerglide in particular. (I know WTF)

(had that one at least 2 times well before any hint of a live action movie)

there was another dream where the Invid from mospeda were about to crash a new-years party on a lake-front property but that's ot.

maybe I need help :wtf

Yeah, when I was in about fourth grade I think, and had the the most vivid dream of getting Armada Galvatron. I was in what seemed to be Target. I went through the doors of the Target. It was very hot, but then I observed some employees talking about how the air conditioning needs to be fixed. That explained it. I was here for one toy, and one toy only. So I made my way toward the toy aisle in hopes of the store having Galvatron. I head toward the TF aisle and there he is in a beat up package. I was twelve. What was this?

So I snatched the Galvy and took off running to the register. Little did my subconscious know, I would never know if I made it to the register...

ALIVE.

I actually had Fort Max - or his toy, anyway - make a cameo in a dream a couple of nights back. At least, it was a version of his toy - it was kind of squashed shorter and looked a lot squatter, and it was way too light to be a real Max, but all the design elements were there.

Can't even remember the context. It was something like seeing that someone I vaguely knew had a Max toy, and thinking "Huh. A Fort Max. Sweet," and then the dream went on with its dream-logic plotline. Apparently my subconcious just likes throwing in bits of random scenery.
