Okay...it's been about a month, and it's official: ROTF Leader Prime might be the better figure, but Crabitron is by far the more fun toy. I can't put him down, while I can't even remember the last time I actually did anything with Prime. If Prime is this lines MVP, then Crabs is definitely the Super Bowl MVP.

 

His only flaw is that this mold isn't a leader mold.

i'll second that with another flaw, the "wings" are solid, not very foldable/hidden to accommodate with the movie-accurate look. :tfhuh

First I was going to pass this guy completely, but he's kind of starting to grow on me. Especially with the seemingly endless poses I'm hearing about this guy. Maybe with a repaint I might take him....but that's a steep might.

...Endless poses? I think not. The legs are horrible and can only be put in one position, two if you are lucky/extremely patient. The bending "toes" also refuse to stay out flat when standing. I really don't understand why they put them on a pin when it's not necessary for them to bend during transformation...

Pretty sure it said his name was Megatron on the packaging of all his toys. Pretty sure they called him Megatron in every episode of Beast Wars and Beast Machines. Whether you dislike him being called a Megatron is neither here or there. He certainly was not THE Megatron but he was A Megatron, like it or not.

who cares if he's the "real" megatron or not... like breaker said, his name WAS "megatron", plus he was the "bad guys'" leader, as vicious as the original, to me he qualified as a megatron. :bwpred
