Alternator Mirage Ideas

Recommended Posts

Like a lot of other transfans, Mirage was one of my G1 faves. I would love for them to make an Alternator version of him, but I kept thinking that an Formula 1 car would be kind of a stupid mold because it would never be on the street. Then it hit me. Mirage as a Plymouth Prowler! Similar shape and size as an F1 car, and it's an actual street car. What do you folks think? I'm not too great with PS. Anybody want to try a PS Prowler Mirage?

Well it's neat and been discussed before, and I'd like to see it personally. I just don't see a Mirage coming out in Alternators anytime soon...I could eat those words later on but not for a while I think.

I'm sorry. I'm kind of a newb on this board and should have done a search 1st.

Prowler from 2005 and allspark already drew a Plymouth Prowler Mirage picture a long time ago

Id love to see the images

anyone mind reposting them?

Dude don't worry...just rock on...no flak man.

It's a cool idea man...very nice...just don't see it happening.

Another car that could be alternator mirage is that street car McLaren/Mercedes released sometime back. It has features that resemble an F1 car as it was based on the actual racecar the team uses.

Though someone else may have thought of it before, this is just my 2 cents on the idea.

That would be cool and an ideal candidate, what a pity the german manufacterers see transformers as some form of war toys, if only they all had mazdas mentality

i think he'd be perfect as an Enzo, now that screams Mirage, even if the only one i've ever seen was red, but hey what do i know, i one of the few that think Kup should be the SSR.

No way! Alternators is a great line to add a Formula F-1 car to. It's not like you're going to see a Subaru rally car on the street...

It would add some much needed diversity to the lineup.
