This Character is SO Overdue for a Worthy Chassis..... Thank you, NATO.

 

(I've seen some Great Fan versions of IRONHIDE here in the past, but this one is PRO.)

Definately possible. Superb job!! :thumb I love how this version of the van works and I would definatley buy one. Though I would prefer a Dodge Ram, F150 or even a full size Chevy for Ironhide, but that`s just me. Awesome work!! :tfgrin

Oh, and by the by, I have all my sketches in a little sealed envelope with a post mark on it as proof of originality, so please don’t go and steel the things I post here. Post them all over the internet if you’d like but always make sure that you give credit where credit is dew. They are my (Nate Heywood) intellectual property, and I have worked months to get them right.

 

Sorry for the whole legal rant, I’m not usually this Outback, just covering all my bases.

Now this figure will never be a reality. Unless they have already designed something very simular and beat you to the punch. They said they have several clay mock ups waiting for approval.

 

Any way, with your sketch I noticed that the wing doors are reversed, how does that work?

That is amazing.

 

Now for the critcism :D,

I think the biggest problem I see is the scale issue with other BT/Alts, not in the issue of big car/small car, but in the overall proportion in relation with others. Going by the head, chest, and wheels, Ironhide would be huge next to the other. Compounded with the bigger car/van choice, IMHO, it won't stand all that next to other bots.....assuming this BT Ironhide is made into a real toy....:D
