She was what got me into Energon (which I've since started to lose interest in again) but that was mainly because of the homage and historical significance. Trying to think objectively, alt mose is really cool, and looks quite cool next to the Alternators, not a bad scale (a little too big).

 

Bot mode looks sleek and cool, but the hands are a bit silly. Limited poses, but she looks great in both modes, and a cool transformation.

 

You can't really complain for the price. Great value for your money.

I gave her crossbow to Screamer, she just sits there and looks pretty and pretty she is.

I just kept mine boxed. I really need to get out of this habit.

Arcee looks great in bike mode. Really a cool Ninja bike. I love it. :tfgrin

 

Her robot mode is not that great. She has got nice heels though TM2 Blackarachnia (and Botcon Arcee) still win. But her hands are too small and her weapon is too big.

 

I got her because I want all Energon molds (even the TRU Optimus/Megatron 2 pack despite owning the bigger versions of both Optimus and Megatron) and I think she is neat.

 

But if you are looking for a cool Omnicron then Strongarm or Skyblast are probably better.

I really like the Arcee figure. As a homage she is KO but I still think it's a great looking figure even without that as a reason.

There are a couple of things you might want to know though first, but at the price she is when you don't buy through dealers, you should get her quick.

1) Her gun is huge compared to her

2) Her elbows have a wierd articulation.

3) I don't know if anyone else has these problems with theirs (please let me know if you have), but my figure is loose at the hips. If you don't balance ger very well with mine she does a bow & then flips onto her ass. Arcee's only been around under a year & she already needs hip replacements :tflaugh

4) I'm still waiting for my Kicker to arrive, but people say that he doesn't fit so well on her, which is a shame as they show it so often in the series.

(no, I -don't- know why they have huge sights on 'em. But they look better than the bow--which wouldn't stay together on Arcee #1..)

I've Really enjoyed ARCEE for several reasons

 

1) As a toy, she has a fun Transformation (Just complex enough) and looks Great in

both modes, especially next to her fellow OMNICONS.

 

2) As a symbol of change to TFs....How many (Non-Exclusive) Female TFs are there? Now how many of them LOOK Female? (ARCEE Wins Here)

Much bang for the buck. And if you like motorcycle tfs, she is REAL well done, and being a female tf is NOT the sole appeal of this toy. People complain about the hands, but I think they fit a femme. Wouldnt want her to look like she's got giant sledgehammer fists. Cool weapon, if a little big. Definitely get her.
