That'd probably be best, kinda like at the end of G1's Rebirth.

Megatron and his pals get blown away off into space ina burnt out Lugnut Supreme. Meanwhile Ultra Magnus returns all fixed up, takes his hammer back and makes Optimus like head of the Primes for saving Cybertron. All the while the Dinobots have run rampant and taken over earth in search of things to fight! :tfevil

You know what I just realised? This show is pumping up the Magnus Hammer like its the new Matrix of Leadership. "We need to use the Magnus Hammer!" Just like the matrix in the movie and after the movie.

Starscream can be destroyed. But if he goes offline, he comes back online after a few hours it seems. In those instances, Starscream's body went unsevered. In Endgame it looks like his entire bottom half has been ripped off by the blast. The Allspark fragment will keep him from dying, but it wont get him new legs :P

That scene was pretty brutal for a cartoon...

i've seen worse you wan't violence in cartoonsheavy metal end fight with main soundtrack song

Heavy Metal isn't for kids. Adult Swim and Family Guy tops all toon violence.

Agreed. Heavy Metal isnt for kids. So it shouldn't be included under that cartoon violence banner. You dont see that movie on air every Saturday morning or Sunday night. Heavy Metal was made for adults, so it stays in your dusty VHS collection. And there is where it shall stay...

Until nostalgia sets in because of Heavy Metal 3!!!

:agree

Well that was a typical Transformers ending! Tied up loose ends, left it open for other possibilites!

I can't believe it. Animated is over. Oh well, ON WITH THE MOVIE!

Where did the Matrix come from?... It was good but not great... Maybe I was expecting to much...

Not one of the series better endings! They did leave themselves an out for a possible series return however. What became of Ultra Magnus? Thundercracker, Skywarp & Femmescream?

NOOO!! It can't be over yet! :tfsad :tfsad :tfsad

Man, talking about dropping a deuce in the punchbowl during a wedding reception. Horrible way to end this series, and definitely rushed.
