Combining ROTF Devastator Toys!

Recommended Posts

^ Yeah, I totally think the real reason is money, making people buy two toys instead of one.

Precisely...now 3 different toys if Hasbro adopts this one... :roll

They are banking everything on this line so I am not surprised...

And it is sooooo gonna fail ;)

Just like Animated, or the last movie toy line, or the move itself did?...

Sacrifice movie accuracy? Hell the original Movie Screamer had in both movie and toy Desert colours. Look at the crying that he wasnt grey.

For what it's worth, the original Starscream toy was accurate... to the concept art that Hasbro was given at the time and the engineering skill available. It's why his jet mode was such a huge failure... because his robot mode was designed to match the concept art.

well said the concept art was just as bad but i liked the toy because it was the only movie version of starscream out in my town besides legends i have no idea where the hell it is now though besides the cock pit kept falling off during transformation as well as the legs but my thundercracker never had that problem figure that one out
Why is there 7 of them? Devastator has always been 6? They are really changing the design from the G1. I'm sure it will be cool to see in the movie with all the action, but I don't like it. I will not call this creation Devastator....I'll call it Demolisher... :tflaugh

You obviously missed the first movie.

I saw and own the first movie, but did I miss something? :wtf

Is it me, or does the crane's alt mode look like a scorpion? Most of the legends resemble their larger counterparts to a degree...I guess we'll have a deluxe scorpion crane shortly...

Skorponok reborn? lol Nah.

. These kick the non transformable ones carcus'. I would bet these will be the same size as the original G1 Devastator.

Oh and Devasteter :lol nice!

Except I liked the Animated designs I saw before it premiered. Same with the original movie. But they seem to have decided to chuck everything that was good with the designs of the original movie out of the window and just come up with crazy ideas and arse looking robots (the Twins? most of the Constructicons?)

Regardless of what size class each piece is, if they were to scale with the other figures, Devastator'd be bigger than Fort Max. Besides, there's 2-3 years left for Hasbro to milk the ROTF line. The last new products for the 2007 movie came out what, six months ago?

Has anyone else noticed how alot of the movie Constructicons bear resemblance, in some form, to a part of Bonecrusher? Rampage's face, Mixmaster's long arms, Newreddumptruck's tail thing...I wonder if Bonecrusher's body on the ocean floor helps make some constructicons...

I bet that they will release a "premium" set that have 3 modes for each figure.

Has the 1st movie taught us nothing !1!1! ? :lurk
