Combining ROTF Devastator Toys!

Many have hoped for something to be revealed that offers a true ROTF Devastator gestalt. Countless have suggested an add on kit or even customization to create figures with a vehicle, robot, and limb mode. Hasbro might not have completely failed us hopeful fans yet though.

 

After Hasbro showed off a massive combiner a few months ago to much chagrin, toywiz.net has released information on quite the opposite.

 

 

Hasbro will in fact be releasing a set of figures that will have a vehicle mode, robot mode, and can combine into the gargantuan Devastator....

 

 

 

 

 

 

......as legends figures. However, these legends figures do seem very appealing and combine to form a surprisingly articulate figure. Also, the rumored 7th Constructicon is finally revealed as well

I'll have to see more though before I decide if I'll be picking up any of the constructicons.

I'd totally love Hasbro if they they made Legends class figures of the individual Devastator robots that turned into vehicle mode, and also had them to where they could combine. :tflaugh

 

(edit after seeing the blog article) I guess I love Takara Tomy too, since they're breaking the news. I wonder if Hasbro'll release them as a set, too?

Well, at least this is something. Sure, we'd all love deluxes (or voyagers) that did this, but this is still pretty cool. I'll probably get it.

Um so they can make Legends class figs that both tf and combine but they can't engineer full size constructicons that do the same? I call bs their holding back the truth about the full size figs or they are just totally lazy.

how is it theyve managed to make legends class sized constructicons that can transform between robot and vehicle AND combine to form devestator, but they cant do it with the full size ones???
