Where Are The Toys?

Recommended Posts

I don't mean like, where are Strika or other Animated figures that we haven't even heard a whisper of. I mean where is Arcee, Soundblaster redeco w/ Ratbat, Blackout, Cybertron Mode Ratchet, Universe Robot Heroes Inferno, Tigatron, Predaking, Stepper, RiD Megs/Prime, Prowl, Laserbeak? I also haven't even seen a Legends Wheelie, Rodimus, Warpath, Cosmos, Beachcomber or Cliffjumper!

I haven't seen anything in the news about these guys. I think those few legends got released, tho i havent seen em, but are the rest just doomed to be forgotten in the shadow of Revenge of the Fallen? Fukkin movie. :9000

That sounds about right... Nothing but ROTF to guarantee a success... Animated Rodimus is also part of that wave... I just have a bad feeling it will never see the light of day though... Legend Cliffjumper is Henkei only if I am not mistaken...

Where are the Toys? Thats's what I was thinking during the 'Decepticon Air'.

The original Transformers cartoons were designed to sell toys.

The only new character shown during Season 3 of TF:Animated that has a toy out so far seems to be Oil Slick. We are apparently also supposed to get an Electrostatic Soundwave and Arcee. I was hoping we'd see Rodimus, Red Alert, Arcee, Hot Shot, Alpha Trion, Dai Atlas, Highbrow, Warpath, Wheeljack, Perceptor, Omega Supreme, Metroplex, Grandus, the Constructicons, Blackout (Leader class), Strika, and Cyclonus, someday, but something tells me that's being over-optimistic.

On the TFwiki apparently that last wave with tigatron and such are listed as cancelled. Why they don't say, but I presume because of the movie.

Last I heard of Arcee and SW were they weren't cancelled but shifted to later waves. Other then that nothing has sprung up about them. Poor old Rodimus just remains an entry in Walmarts computers. Who knows if he'll be released especially since we haven't heard jack about him.

I forget who, but someone here e-mailed Hasbro about the legends figs and well they pretty much are done for according to the response. I don't know if it's just a general get off our backs message or what. I certainly hope not since I still haven't gotten Cosmos.

Cosmos is awesome, I too was wanting to snag him.

Here's another question: if Rodimus got so far as to be an entry in Wal Marts computers, I wonder if that meant that he was far enough into production that Hasbro told Wal Mart that he was coming? Like were they making his mold or almost done making his mold? Same for the voyager Blackout, Wingblade Optimus and Arcee. Im assuming that Arcee probably has a completed mold. I highly doubt that if the molds were made, Hasbro would just discard them cuz those damn things cost thousands to make. If the molds were made, I would think that we would see them eventually, and Id be ok with that. Just so long as we get them.

Id love to see Electrostatic Soundwave, a leader Lugnut, a supreme Blackout, a supreme Omega Supreme, and the Constructicons.

Omega and the Constructicons are LONG overdue.

And whatever happened to that Activators Soundwave?

Ya know, I also want the other Seeker clones and Sari as well as the other ones mentioned (especially Omega Supreme and Blackout.

If you haven't seen them by now, they're not coming. It's all about RotF this summer. If... IF... you're lucky, you might see other lines trickle back in this fall. I wouldn't bet the farm on it though.

Well that's the thing yeah sure he's in the database, but I doubt we're going to see him. It's been at least a month or two since we heard about him. Yet we haven't seen any sort of prototypes or at the least a painted version of him. It makes me think that the entry was just some placeholder. You know like Hasbro had plans for them approached Walmart and the other large chains to see if they would have interest in selling it. I don't know I'm just speculating. Right now it's all about the movie. So the chances of us seeing Arcee, Sw, Blackout and Rodimus showing up are getting really slim. Unless they decide to say screw it and release one last wave during the initial waves of the movie line.

I would love one more wave, screw the movie. Most of the ROTF figures are friggin hideous in my opinion. I think Im gonna save a bunch because i dont want any of them except for legends, Soundwave and Ravage.

Where are the toys?

The Humans have taken them.
