so far animated has thundercracker(ego) ramjet(liar) sunstorm(suck-up) sky-warp(coward) female seeker(unknown probably sarcasm) and dirge(greed).so i came up with a couple ideas

1:acid storm(anger)

2:thrust(clumsy)

3:overcast(intellect)

4:divebomb(insanity)

I like the starscream clones and think they are a good addition to the show.

I would support a Thurst being clumsy..

Think we've been here before, but I'd like a good Starscream. Let's say something goes wrong - or right - with the next Screamer cloning experiment and we end up with a bunch of heroic Seekers.

Screamer was a scientist in G1. How about a sadistic, brutal, evil mad-scientist version of Screamer?

 

--or a version more reminiscent of G1 Tailwind (that is: the practical and no-nonsense Starscream.);

 

--I would actually like to see a clone with Dirge's cold, brooding, dark eerie persona (as Animated Dirge's persona is reflective of Screamers' greed);

 

---the loudmouthed braggar (Thrust);

 

---the stubborn type who cares little about collateral damage, or what new enemies he makes (G1 Ramjet);

 

---and last, but not least, I'd like to see these two done as combining clones: The depressed Decepticons Dreadwind (passive) and Darkwing (Aggressive). They'd do just

as well in original molds.

Personally, I'd prefer those guys to be a redeco of the "Safeguard" set.

 

The "Heroic" Starscream could be called "Skyfire" (and painted up like the "Shattered Universe" Starscream, to boot.)

 

Just curious, since Shellformer mentioned about being a Scientist, is this Starscream one? (I was talking to a friend earlier and he made the G1 Scientist to Animated connection, too. Was just wondering if I missed something. : :tfhuh )

I don't recall Animated making any reference to this at all. I was also looking at a redeco of the Twins into Darkwing/Dreadwind. It's a little daunting for me because 1) I'd really have to re-do the heads (moreso Jetfire); 2) I'd have to make both altmodes look a little more like conventional jets and 3) I've never done a kitbash before, so I've got my work cut out for me. I'm also looking to try my hand at scratchbuilding Chickscream at some point.

 

I also like a lot of the Micromaster Decepticon jets...and quite a few of them could work as SS clones.

The most I remember of Starscream being involved with science at all were the early episodes of G1 when he called himself a science officer.
