Picked up Scorponok for $15 at TRU.

 

Went to Big Lots and discovered the gestalt KO's I already had (KOvastator, KOfensor), as well as KOperion and a gestalt made up of 6 bots that turn into a tool-set (two hammers, a set of shears, a screwdriver(I think).. I forget the others).

 

Grabbed KOperion, headed for the small-toys pegs at the back and found two Space Warriors (an attack chopper and a military jet). Looked in vain for more SW's and found none.

 

Turned down another aisle, and got slapped in the face with gi-normous Space Warriors. KO's of, I think, RiD Megatron (two-headed dragon/jet) and Optimal Optimus. Both come in two different color sets.

 

Megs is pretty close to his Megatron and Galvatron colors, while Optimus comes in red/yellow (including yellow hands with red thumbs(?!)), and a scheme that's closer to the real Op's colors, but not quite.

 

Grabbed the purple Megatron. Going back for the white one and at least one of the Primals after payday. :D

 

Then, there were the huge-mongous jets that look like a cross between Macross and TFs (Macross-like bodies--primarily in the legs and arms, but humanoid faces, and jet modes that resemble F-15's and the like more than Valkyries), along with stacks of mini-gestalts that are made up of a large central bot, and 4 smaller bots, all apparently identical to each other.

 

I passed on the jets and mini-gestalts for now, at least. The jets come in multiple color-schemes, and the gestalts are things like construction vehicles (a large drill-tank, and I forget what the little ones are), a plane with 4 space-shuttles, a vehicle and 4 motorcycles (the colors remind me of police vehicles, I think), and about 3 or 4 other teams.

 

Oh, and I went to Kay*Bee and got Meka-nek, Orko and Tri-Klops (although I keep thinking I have Trike already).

Mirage, Faceplate Energon Prime, Alt Silverstreak. Need a Dead End now....
