Personally the idea of hasbro discontinuing the animated series is moronic. Sure making room for new stock is wise, but discontinuing a series before another is even on the shop shelves?! No-ones even seen the second movie yet, so for all the world knows the movie could be a huge turd wraped is razor wire. :tfgrr

Wow...if true, very sad news. You know, I'm pretty excited to see the next TF Movie. However, if this is the choice that hasbro is going to make due to a conflict with the movie release...F*%K THE MOVIE! It's not an overstatement when I say that :animated has done an amazing job of expanding the fan base...my 3 year old is a testament to that! We love watching this together...I buy toys, I buy him toys...more revenue for ya Hasbro! So why pull the plug on a successful series that's eons above many of its predecessors? That would be the 'dumbest' move...

Face it guys, its true. Hasbro finally gets it right and then takes the axe to what was hands down the best thing to happen to Transformers since G1. News of this broke my black, undead robot heart but I'm starting to come to terms with it. I have a friend that works for Hasbro and the word is that because of the current economy and the price of oil (which is used for making molds) Hasbro is unable to produce any new molds. There are also a bunch of new tests that need to be run on new toys because of the whole lead scare. I'm assuming the cartoon is canceled because financially it doesn't make sense to make new episodes without toys to support them. NO Rodimus, NO Perceptor, NO Cyclonus, No Strika, NO Red Alert, NO Wheeljack, NO Elita One, NO Ironhide, NO OMEGA SUPREME!! Arcee and Soundwave with Ratbat will be the last Animated figure we are going to see (unless they cancel them to, in which case someone will have to pay).....for a while that is. Supposedly (and this could make the wound hurt a little less) there is talk that new Animated characters will make their way into the Universe line. Tell you the truth, this might not be a bad idea. Use the Universe line to continue ALL Transformers toy lines after they end...hmm...

ok the grey dot sticker is when the item is out of stock. period. if an item were to be discontinued then it goes on CLEARANCE first, then drops from 90% to 70% to 50% moved to the end cap then to 30% and finally removed from the store and donated to goodwill or what ever local charity is similar to that nearby.

i work for target so everybody just chill the hell out. jeez talk about paranoid.
