I'm gonna say it's a suit, not Sari herself. I don't believe she is a robot. She might have some techno-organics in her, but I'm sure she is otherwise human. IF she were a robot, she wouldn't have been affected by Black Arachnia's attempted purge in Black Friday and She would have been frozen by Swindle's weapon in SUV, just like all of the other robots and machinery was. I'm going with an exo-suit.

I'm going to go cyborg on this one. she definitely had mechanical parts inside her arm below the skin, and i can't imagine she wouldn't notice something under her shirt sleeve. Also, if she were part organic, that would explain why she was capable of aging and eating food and needing sleep.

I'd say this is her true form. She's mechanical, hence why the Allspark communicated with her.

I think it's a power suit as whatever the final revelation on Sari's identity will put her as a target for the Decepticons and that was to give her extra protection.

 

I'd LIKE for it to be her Headmaster armor and she gets to be binary bonded to Arcee, but if that happens I won't get to enjoy it cause I'll implode from sheer surprise they went that route ;)

hmmmm let's say...it's a special uniform only worn for one or two episodes where Sari decides she wants to learn how to take care of herself under Prowl's guidance.

 

But from the revelation at the end of season. What if she's just another experiment made by Sari's dad? Sort of a prototype design utulizing some kind of cybertronian schemematics? Exactly, how do we know she can age? It's quite possible she eats and sleeps, because she's programed to. Not entirely improbably. Sumdac did keep Megatron hidden for awhile as he developed his robots based on what he learned about Megatron.
