Hmm, atleast it doesn't have Wheeljacks head, a black body and then called ravage, right? In that regard, I think it's good that he will have the first head actually intended to be used as a Decepticon's.

 

And you know, looking at the mock up, it really does remind me a lot of the BW Ravage figure. I'll reserve judgement until I see it, but I'm open to change. That Grimlock was cool.

 

This does ruin my dream for a pickup truck Soundwave with motorcycle racks, and different motorcycle cassette figures. Oh well, maybe Soundwave will turn into a parking garage playset :tflaugh

I think HasTak is trying to as noisy as much they can in this toyline. When the smokescreen first appear, we are all yelling COOL ... Sideswipe/Lambor, Hound and Tracks ... total different mode , and hence we are all longed for them. When we all knew that the RX-8 have the same transformation scheme with Smokescreen / Streak .... HasTak want us to talk about it, and hence named it as camsheft first .... make us all debating in those newsgroup.

 

When HasTak knew that they can make us many different things from ONLY car-robot, they named the new car Grimlock ... so that we would debate again, on a normal car-robot actually. HasTak need not to put a large amount of promotion budget, then everyone know that there will be a Mustang Transformers coming up.

 

S2000 may be named "Megatron", Remold Tracks get a Cat head .... all aim to make us talk about. They can't raise the line a level up ... and they only way to market them is ... the "G1 name".

So we're gonna have a black remold of Tracks with a jaguar head and call it Ravage......Wow. Great idea. Good job Hasbro.

Hopefully its not just a head change, but is actually the C6 instead of the C5. Thats what makes logical sence to me. The panther head is still....a question though.
